📝 Steps to Register

  1. Complete the Online Membership Form: Fill out the official APERA Google Form with accurate business and contact details.
  2. Submit Required Documentation: Upload copies of the required documents (CAC certificate, proof of rental activity). Provide an industry guarantor (include the name and contact of a rental industry representative in Abuja who can vouch for your business).
  3. Pay the Annual Registration Fee: A nonrefundable fee of ₦50,000 is required to finalize your registration.
  4. Confirmation & Onboarding: Upon verification, you get your certificate, ID, and access to the APERA platforms.

📋 Membership Eligibility Criteria

To become a formally registered member of APERA, Interim and prospective members must meet the following requirements:

  • Be a registered business (CAC) with a clearly stated rental or event services mandate.
  • Be actively operating in Abuja or its surrounding areas.
  • Possess a valid form of identification (driver's license, national ID, or international passport).
  • Must be willing to pay APERA values, participate in group activities, and support collective growth.
  • Must be willing to pay APERA annual dues.
  • Must be willing to contribute to any agreed levy for APERA projects, advocacy, or operations.
  • Must uphold professional standards, pricing ethics, and respectable engagement with clients and fellow members.
  • Must not have been involved in fraudulent practices or rental-related disputes that compromise the integrity of the industry.
